Motor vehicle Assessment

We offer motor vehicle assessments, both underwriting and post loss assessments. All assessments
are controlled by the head office in Johannesburg, services are provided all over South Africa.

Non-Motor vehicle Assessment

Underwriting assessment, post loss assessments for damages which result from various perils, including, thefts, accidental damage, all risk claims, machinery breakdown, business interruption, Business-All-Risks, Liability and other Claims.

Procedure

• Upon receiving the instruction to conduct a risk survey or vehicle inspection we acknowledge within
24 hours via email or telephonically followed by an email, however it’s an emergency
survey the process expedited.
• The insured (contact person) shall be conducted within 24hrs to set up an appointment within 48
and then update the underwriter on developments thereafter.
• Underwriters shall be advised if the client suggest a date that result in us not meeting the set timelines.
• Underwriters shall be advised immediately should the risk found out to be undesirable
by the Surveyor.

• Small Surveys: These surveys cover small risks such as a small restaurant, supermarket residential properties etc.

• Medium Survey: These surveys cover relatively bigger risks with higher
sums insured and this could be facto ries and manufacturers, wholesalers
and retailers, body corporates with more than 50 units, Hotels, Lodges
etc.

• Large Surveys: These are huge surveys such as big shopping malls, engineering risks e.g. plants, machinery, construction (incomplete) risks etc.
